For a question about your account, a published post, a live stream or a spotting, email us at contact@be-on-stage.com, stating the email address linked to your account.

Parental authorization
The legal representatives of a user under 15 can reach us at the same address with any question about the consent they gave or its withdrawal.

Use the report feature in the app, or write to us identifying precisely the content concerned and the grounds for the report.
Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must first be sent to us in writing so that we can respond to it. If no satisfactory solution is found, any consumer may refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator responsible for BeOnStage: to be completed: name and contact details of the consumer mediator .
