Some information you publish (artist name, nickname, profile picture, biography, content, engagement counters) is by nature visible to the other users of the platform, including talent scouts. Talent scouts can also see the city, country, social networks and minor status of artists subscribed to the Premium plan. Your email address and phone number are not disclosed to them, with a single exception, subject to your explicit agreement and described below.
When a talent scout declares having signed a contract with an artist you follow, we ask whether you agree to your contact details being passed on to them: your public name, your email address and your mobile phone number, and nothing else. You have 10 days to answer; if you do not answer, the request is declined and nothing is passed on. You can withdraw your agreement at any time, including after giving it: the professional then no longer has access to your contact details through the platform. We cannot, however, retrieve information they may already have viewed or kept on their side, for which they become responsible within the meaning of the regulations.
Finally, your data may be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities when the law requires us to do so.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers, in particular Cloudflare, Google and Apple, may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the mechanisms recognized by the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Retention periods
- Account and profile data: for as long as the account exists, then up to 3 years after your last activity.
- Account deletion: the account and its content are removed from the platform immediately, then the data is kept for 90 days before being permanently erased, unless the law requires it to be kept.

- Parental authorization: until the user concerned comes of age, then for the applicable limitation period.
- Agreement or refusal to pass on your contact details to a professional: for as long as the account exists, as proof of your choice.
- Connection data: 12 months, in accordance with legal obligations.

- Audience statistics: in aggregated form, with no time limit.
- Accounting documents and supporting records: 10 years.
8. Minors' data
The platform is open to people aged 13 and over. The registration of a user under 15 is subject to the authorization of their legal representative, obtained by email through a dedicated form. Without this authorization, the account is not activated and the data provided is deleted. An artist's minor status is visible to talent scouts, so that they can adapt their approaches.
The legal representative may at any time withdraw their consent and request the deletion of their child's account and data by writing to contact@be-on-stage.com.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of communications, passwordless authentication through single-use, time-limited links, encryption at rest of the most sensitive data, access segregation and logging. As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
