All intellectual property rights in the website and the app — structure, texts, graphic charters, logos, trademarks, databases, ranking algorithms and software — are the exclusive property of BE ON STAGE or its rights holders. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Content published by users (music, videos, photographs, texts) remains the property of its authors, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Use and Sale.

BE ON STAGE hosts content published by its users. In accordance with the French law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act), any manifestly illegal content may be reported from the app or by email to contact@be-on-stage.com, stating how to identify the content, where it is located and the grounds for the report. Each report is reviewed by the moderation team, in principle within 48 hours, as described in article 7 of the Terms of Use and Sale.

BE ON STAGE makes every effort to ensure that the information it publishes is accurate and that the service is available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The website may link to third-party platforms whose content and privacy practices BE ON STAGE does not control, and for which it cannot be held liable.
